The quality is very good, nice finish, I would have preferred a hinge on the lid, but that is probably personal preference.

I hadn't appreciated that the lid/seat has to be lifted off rather than on hinges. This is a bit tricky for my 6 year old to do and I am a little bit nervous that she will drop the lid on her foot!

Lid lifts off, and not on a hinge as I expected. Far too heavy for a child to use independently for a toy box. On the plus side, it looks nice and is a nice finish to the range.
See above - good quality, pretty item but our first box was damaged and the second one also has a small split on it too.
I bought this as a present for my grandson and he loves it!
As per question 1, unfortunately the products have often been missing parts, had the wrong parts or been damaged which suggests the quality control is well below par. When the items are in not in the above states the products are great. If quality control were improved I'd rate at least Good.
Would probably be better if the lid of the box was attached with a bracket for ease of opening.

When I received the seat box it was very badly damaged, this was really disappointing as having read the reviews for this item before purchasing other people had also mentioned receiving the box damaged which I would have expected ASPACE to have put right by now. Further disappointment when I had to wait several days to recieve a replacement seat box which was after my daughters birthday (this was a present for her). Pleased with the seat box but not with the service.
I hoped the lid would have been secured on with a hinge.

Follow-up after 90 days : First box arrived damaged so then had to arrange another delivery/collection - had to wait in again for delivery (this has happened on previous furniture orders) however, customer service and quality of goods when arrived are both excellent

The ladies on telephone very polite, but kept giving us different infomation when we called up, they seemed a little confused. The delivery men were fantastic very careful, and very well mannered!
good generally , however when I pay extra for assembly on the book case,I did not expect to have to ring up for fittings to be sent so I can then fit a shelf!! Left me wondering why I had paid for part assembly?
Good service, well made furniture. Delivery men were very polite and courteous and tidied up after themselves taking away all packaging with them.
