Beautiful bed, lovely and solid and very easy to put together

Order was processed quickly and delivery slot booked with ease. Did not receive call two days' before confirming 2 hour time slot (as highlighted when booking 2 man delivery) and had to therefore call to find out details the day before.
Very nice bed. Probably would be better to have more screws which attach the panels to the base.

I've given a good rather than excellent only because of the time our order took to be delivered. We placed our order in August and the items were eventually delivered in November - we were bringing to lose the will to live! I placed an order for some further items last week and crossed fingers they will not take so long. When the delivery people came they were brilliant - efficient and quick.
The bed frame is beautifully made and the design is fit for a princess, however we were very disappointed with the quality of the wooden slats that came with the bed . They seem more suited to the quality of a £100 bed not what you would expect from a bed costing over £400!!
