Service was good, delivery times were too long.
Beautifully designed bed, Nice thick wood and colour. Two minor picky comments, 2 of the 4 post balls were not as smoothly rounded as the other two. Also on the outside of the head board the paint finish was not coated as thickly as the rest of the bed. We only noticed this when we wiped it as the cloth did'nt run smoothly over it unlike the rest of the bed. Not noticible though by sight, only by touch. Almost though the screws were missing for this bed until we found them stuck on the inside if the big box. May be an idea to add a note to your instructions as to the location if we are not the only ones who thought this. Overall my daughter loves her new bed. Thank you!
I love the bed. I think it will last years. Feels good and solid.
Very happy with bed in the end but the first one that arrived had been gouged by a fork lift truck and was all smashed, prompt and easy swap though.
Unlike other suppliers, many parts of the bed came pre-assembled, so it took us no time at all to put it up. A lovely bed which our daughter is thoroughly enjoying.
