Delivery was when we expected. Ordering was easy and person on the phone very helpful and obliging.
very good except it was frustrating that i could not pay by credit card and there was nothing on the site telling me this - it just kept rejecting my security number (this happened with 3 different cards). In the end i worked out i had to use a debit card but i wasted quite a lot of time trying to use credit cards.
