The matress supplied is already bowing after a week of use by a 2 year old girl. Please contact me to arrange for a replacement ASAP.

Products received very good, website terrible! Took ages to load info, really irritating the way it took ages to scroll down pages of items to view and worst of all - emptied 'my basket' 3 times for no reason, a couple of times during shopping and then when it asked me to enter my customer details. Had to trick it into finding my basket again by going back into web browser history as couldn't face spending ages looking for products on web pages again. Very nearly gave up and won't use site again as too time consuming.
