They were emailed as soon as I'd asked for them. The offer to send the dowel by post wasn't really much help as I couldn't just stop building one of the chests for what would have been a couple of days. I made one from a piece of 1/4" dowel rod but if it had been another component, I'd probably have been stuck.
I'm very happy with the quality of bedroom furniture I ordered for my son. Delivery was prompt however there were some problems with the courier handling, which was sorted out by Aspace. Nevertheless, I am pleased with the response and customer service provided by Aspace.
In store service to help us select was very good. But had some problems arranging a delivery slot, eventually got sorted 3rd time.

I ordered the wrong colour by mistake - rang to correct it and it was corrected quickly with no fuss.
The product arrived without instructions for putting together the side table and drawers, only the bed instructions were included.
However the delivery team did not call in advance as requested.

As I was not sure, I did not purchase from Aspace but will get one from John Lewis. A matress on its own said delivery was £40!! Did I read that right??Product rating : I bought this reduced in the sale and at that price feel it is excellent value. The product quality is high with stylish design and finish. It is quite heavy so not easy to move around once assembled but then most cabin beds are. Am very happy and so is my son.

I ordered a replacement, but the size of the gingham has changed. It no longer matches the existing set and as it is a large gingham print, it looks too babyish for my 6 & 8 year old boys. The small gingham was less age dependant and I hoped that I could keep the same print/design for many years. Unfortunately I have had to return the new set for a refund.

Products and assembly were great. Retail experience (Westbourne Grove) was poor. Staff seemed clueless, confused and distracted. You need to sort them out!
