I love Aspace products but am usually disappointed with the stock levels of products, the delivery and assemble charges (so much more than competitors) and the odd bad experience (more recently missing equipment to assemble my furniture!).

Please accept my apologies that at the time of placing the order, we were unable to arrange a delivery date due to the goods being in Quality Inspection, I fully understand how frustrating this will have been. I can also see we let ourselves down by failing to send assembly instructions or the correct number of fittings- I am very sorry for the inconvenience this will have caused.
I will be feeding your comments regarding assembly & delivery costs to our Logistics Team for them to review.
