Ticket for Bernie Marsden with Special Guests 8th May 2013

It was with great shame that I found the travelling to hard (I am disabled) and had to turn around after 20 miles. The service supplied was excellent & from what I've heard from many friends & colleagues, the whole evening was first class. A real shame, but driving over 100 miles in the rain (and having to drive back a few hours later) was just too much on the night :-(

Ordered a pedal board and some cables. When it arrived there were 2 cables missing. Called andertons and told them what happened and the guy said he'd check and call me back. Less than 10 minutes later i got a call back saying yes they were missing and that they would post them out for next business day delivery. Tey arrived the next business day.

they have an excellent phone service which i recommend if you have a bit of a journey to get there you will find agood internet site as well which has an "items left in stock" w ith detailed photos and descriptions very important for card purchases the px facility was very helpful too i had a realistic value given to me of my items so i knew what i would need to pay on top

Very nice helpful staff on the Saturday afternoon when I tried out various keyboards.

Very nice staff on the day of sale, including your very helpful driver. Just a tiny comment that your own staff were more enthusiastic than the Roland salesman.
