when ordering I was not notified of a delay in the manufacturing of this jacket. I kept having to make inquiries which were responded to promptly, but felt the company could have made more of an effort to keep me informed.Jacket took 10 weeks from order date to arrival, they had my money that long - I had to wait

Sincerest apologies for the delay receiving your jacket. Unfortunately the jacket you ordered was not in stock and was therefore manufactured for you. Manufacturing of jackets takes approximately 6-8 weeks. We apologise that were not provided updates regarding the progress of your order, we will try and ensure that in future our customers are informed.
