Excellent communication from outset. However carrier took half a day before they informed you and indirectly us of the delivery period. As it was 16.35 - 17.35 it did make waiting in during the earlier part of the day unnecessary

prompt service for a) initial email query b) telephone contact on day of placing order c) delivery process. I would definitely order again but would appreciate more in mid-lower price items.
The only bad thing was the courier service, the only walt to contact them is by text or email making very hard organize a delivery, it was only by luck that a neighbor was in else I'd never have recieived it, not a good company at. Would shop again but royal mail delivery only.
