From you- good. DPD was awful. They would not move the delivery date to the only day of the week I was not working. So I opted to collect it. Was greeted by a master in dreadful customer service who treated me like an interruption to his day. ID wasn't really checked. Despite it being a large package I had to carry it unaided to my car. No one bothered to help me get my package through tricky double doors. Would I use you again, yes. But if you use DPD, no.

the packing could be improved. amara packed the mat and towels into a giant box with a volumetric weight of over 8 kg for items where the actual weight was just 2.5kg.
