Haven't been in when the parcels arrived and now have to go yet again down to the post office to pick up. Other deliver companies leave with neighbours. Hoping to be sent a replacement but no word on this so far.02-May-2013Service rating : Apparently my e-mail to the company was not received, which I guess can happen, and following this message here they have assured me a replacement will be sent out asap, so I will return the faulty product today. Impressed with speed of response, excellent customer service.Product rating : Am saying bad for now because the one I was sent is faulty. It's not a great product anyway - can't see any replacement lasting too long due to build quality but I suppose this is to be expected given it's around £5, and no complaints with AlterEGlow on this score.
i havent had the glow sticks yet still waiting for these for to be delivered been over 2 weeks and i wanted them for Sunday for birthday party

Due to time limits I am not able to return them and request replacements (as they are needed for this week) and so I have had to spend an additional £12 on replacement batteries.
