Friendly and helpful staff. However, the last time I was in the Adairs store at the Springvale Homemaker centre (a few weeks ago) there were two staff members in the store, but not once was I asked for assistance or my presence in the store even acknowledged eventhough they watched me enter the store. I left the store unimpressed, but then came back in again as I really wanted to ask about something. Entering the store again I was once again not greeted, or even acknowledged when I then had to approach the staff. I had to butt into the two staff members conversation for anyone to pay attention to me. It seemed to be one staff member showing a new staff member products etc. It was definitely not a good example for the new staff member, for the other staff member to show now interest in a customer being in the store.Product rating : Great
