I had a problem and the Adairs rep I spoke to on the phone about it was very helpful. The sales assistant in Bunbury who assisted me was great, too, although she called me "darling" at least three times. So inappropriate! Please train your staff not to do this.

|The coverlet and the euro pillow cases were different shades of "stone" and did not match.|
|As above, there was a bad mismatch of colours that should have been picked up before dispatch. I had to drive to Bunbury (one hour away by car) where the store was holding more pillow cases for me to match to my coverlet. However, they didn't match either and I was therefore in a position of having to return all the Madras items I had purchased and buy something else instead.|
