I have passed your comments to our purchasing team, who will investigate the matter. The sawdust on the panel would not affect the pressure treatment penetration and you can rest assured that your closeboard fence panels lifespan will not be affected.

Closeboard Panels Pressure Treated - 6' (W) x 6' (H) - Light Brown (Green)

The panels had lots and lots of saw-dust stuck to them. Lots as in a few mm deep in places. This may be something they do to stop them sticking during treatment but makes me wonder if it doesn't interfere with how deep the pressurized preservative goes into the timber. Also, some of the vertical strips were obviously of a different timber than others.
