The response to my call was very quick. they came within a few hours. My problem was sorted out very quickly and I also learned a new facility which I hadn't been able to sort out myself and my computer was health checked. Although this took over the hour no extra was charged. Excellent and friendly service.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and set up my new computer ASL supplied as well as installing various bits of software I had purchased far quicker and smoother than I ever could. The after care service was excellent in remedying a software problem that stemmed from a rogue piece of software installed by DELL. I couldn't fault ASL in any way and would reccomend their services to anyone without a second thought.

The service is excellent, i called with a problem only yesterday at 9 am and an engineer was with me an hour later, other times i have called an engineer has always been there on the same day.
The engineers are also very friendly and informative and do not make you feel like an idiot.
