However I should say, it is quite un-nerving dealing a unheard of internet company vs a high street shop brand. Even when I visited their premises in London, it doesn't strike one as main stream !. However it did look secure - not that I would really know. But I think they could do more in looking more professional outlook. Product rating : The online ability to choose precisely the diamond you would like is excellent, given one is buying an investment as well as beautiful jewellery. I bought the Necklace Borghese. My only disappointment is that the diamonds can turn over a lot when worn, showing the back side of the diamond mount not the diamond itself. So it could have been slightly more sturdy in keeping the diamond the correct way round. But overall, the main diamond looks amazing, and my wife was absolutely over joyed. Read more	No Comment

Every person I spoke to over the phone was helpful and advised me well. I received responses to any email requests promptly and were well informed. The only problem I encountered was regarding the delivery of my ring, whereby during it's delivery process the outer packaging encountered some slight damage. This was likely to have occurred during the delivery process. Everything inside the box, including the ring and the ring box was absolutely fine. When I requested a replacement box, there was a delay in me receiving this from 77 Diamonds, but this was resolved promptly when I made a further request. This aside, I am very impressed with the company, I would certainly recommend them. Product rating : The ring looks fantastic and is much better than I could have hoped for. The appearance of the ring is so much better than any other similar looking ring I have seen in high street stores. I have had the ring valued at a retail jeweller in town and they suggest it is indeed worth ALOT more than i paid for it. I would recommend 77D time and time again to anyone that is thinking about savinf a llittle and making an online purchase. Customer experience from start to finish is second to none, and their attention to detail when designing the bespoke setting was impeccable. Product rating : I am overjoyed with the colour of the stone (a G, but is so white it's almost blue!), the stone size (huge for a 1.31ct!), the clarity (SI2, but completely eye-clean), the bespoke setting, everything is exactly how I imagined. No that’s not right. Everything is BETTER than I imagined!!! I have just had the setting sized again though, and it is coming in a closer to a J than a J1/2 , but I think I’ll wait and see if it fits her before making any changes.
