Service rating : Service was excellent. After placing online order, I spoke with Rachel from 365 Diamond and upgraded the diamond. Rachel provided me with thorough advice and kept me updated with my order. My rings were delivered exactly on time.
Product rating : Wedding ring is lovely. It is very comfortable and fits perfectly. Engagement ring is beautiful also but mainly because I upgraded the diamond for better colour F - white rare, clarity SI1 and 0.96 carat. The diamond is absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend 365 Diamond and particularly the personal care I received from Rachel.

After i received my ring, i needed to get it resized so emailed them to send me a sizer. I received nothing. I have sent the ring back to them after getting my finger measured elsewhere so will see when i get it back
