Really liked the online and text updates service. As I work odd hours I'm not always able to speak during normal office hours, so I found it great that I could find out an update on my case any time during the day.
I also really appreciated that they were, on occasion available up until 8.
My contact, Mica, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and if she didn't know the answer she would find out and get back to me in an above expected timeframe.

Web site very clear and easy to use. Better than other conveyancing sites I have used recently. A bit pricey and disappointed that repeat business and another family member recommendation did not lead to a significant discount in cost.

I sold my house whilst living abroad, it could not have gone smoother. The 1st Property Lawyers website showed me at any time what the current status was, and I always got responses in less than 24 hours (usually same day) when I had questions.

Have now used for both buying and selling, would use again without hesitation and have already recommended to family. Noticed that different conveyancers use the system differently, with one responding to online notes quickly while the other preferred to speak to us on the telephone, which was fine once we got used to the change!
