Service rating : The general booking of the holiday was fine. The overall holiday was great location, weather, food. Couldnt ask for more. However the journey home was rather stressful. The Jumbo Travel White Van driver drove at very hhigh speed in the middle of the night, even with a child on board. The ryanair flights were ok, but personally would not travel with them again. We ordered food and they forgot about us, when I asked forthe second time the food came and when it did it was too hard and we had to send back again.Product rating : Very good hotel, great staff, location, clean, helpfull great hotel. Would recommend the Priority booking though.

Dining area was clean and bright-staff also very friendly and helpful.
Food was fine but a bit dull with little or no fruit at breakfast.Very small portions of meat reluctantly provided by the chefs.
Location was good-a five minute walk into resort center so no need for Taxis.

We had no issues with our flights, hotel or booking.Product rating : The hotel was very good value for money, a friendly atmosphere, very good children and adult entertainment, rooms clean and adequate for an all inclusive hotel. Food was plentiful, varied, fresh and regularly replenished during meal times.
If we are to be very picky, the children would have liked the availability of icecreams/icelollies throughout the day and maybe more snacks.
The only thing I was not very happy about was the hot water ran out before the first member of the family had finished showering!

Only problem was that the incorrect customer number was put on our paperwork. Thankfully nothing went wrong for us but could have been a problem. A rather crucial point I think.

In future I think I will book everything myself without someone like 118 as I feel I had no support from you.Product rating : Hotel is good itself but is far away from Larnaca and is not in a tourist area really. We went at the beginning of April and the hotel was still getting ready for the coming summer. One of the pools was being renovated and the hotel only opened one bar. The beach area was also very scruffy which I think again was due to the time of year.18-Apr-2013when booking with 118 travel there is no where to make requests on the web page. the paperwork from the email you sent us said to ring within 72 hours of making the booking, which I did, 3 times with no reply.

Bad customer services, my flight details were sent in 4 different emails, documents were copy and pasted from webpages, loaded with errors, all sent from the booking agent's gmail address. V unprofessional - AVOID.Product rating : The Florencio Hotel is great; clean, tidy, friendly staff. All the features and finishing isn't top notch (more of a quick paint job than a marble finish) but does the job very well. They also own San Francisco apartments across the road so all maintenance, booking and cleaning are those you can expect from a large hotel. Highly recommended.
Service rating : First of all without informing us, our transfer has been cancelled athough we paid for it. We landed to Tunis at 5am which 1 and half hours far from where we stayed. Thus we had to pay 160 dinar for taxi.
Unfortunately the same thing happened when we were on way back home. Although we had paid for transfer the vehicle did not come to pick us up from the hotel and we had to pay for transfer again. It is unbelievable.Product rating : No room service.

Service rating : Unfortunately I was let down badly my the Holiday reps and since it is the first time i had booked a Holiday like this I was unsure of all the arrangements firstly I had to telephone for reassurance as the process was not explained to me and i was confused when the site did not accept my booking reference and give me my confirmation.
The Holiday rep in Egypt unfortunately ruined the first week of our Holiday On our arrival we were pushed into booking on the first day for excursions and leaving a deposit the majority of our Money , When we withdrew further funds through bank transfers some days later we were told that we had paid forty english pounds less and the Rep became rude and aggressive stating we didnt' know the money system and were confused I believe he deliberately tried to confuse us producing full settlement english currency reciept when we had paid in Egyptian. He kept me in debates for the whole week keeping us waiting for him in reception we missed pool time and my daughter had to sit alone while i spent days debating with him. His colleque sugested a compromise which he refused to agree, and he also refused me contact with his manager. The hotel staff were very helpful and the Manager tried to help he actually oversaw a refund which was minus the forty pounds i had paid he settled on the original sugested compromise of twenty pounds after a week of waiting my time. When he knew i was booking with another company for an excursion his manner changed and he started suggesting offers i found this offensive because it proved that if he could make these discounted offers he had been manipulating me all along. Sadly the rep let us down and gave his people a bad image we were lucky to have faith and find people who could help and met some very nice Egyptian people in the process however we lost time money and had to transfer and borrow funds etcProduct rating : The holiday was set in beautiful surroundings, The place was clean the staff were attentive and friendly the food was lovely and everything you could wish or need was on site additional services were not sold heavily , I could not fault he Hotel. Beautiful Warm Relaxing !
