Overall I was very pleased with the accommodation and with the programme. It was of a high standard.

|The only complaint I have is that the flight from London to Beijing on British Airways was cancelled. I only found out when I reached terminal 5 and even though I have been told that the Travel Department contacted me, I received no communication. I rebooked on Air China and was pleased with the standard. However I met nobody else on the tour until I reached Beijing. I was unsure as to what was happening. It would help if there was a representative from the Travel Department at Heathrow who could explain and sort out any difficulties and who might gather the group together.|
