How it works

If you, as a supplier, join Feefo, you fill in a form that allows you to upload your logo and a description of your business.  You then tell us about your sales in one of a variety of possible ways.

• You install an ‘auto-notification’ in your code.
• You list your sales in a text file and upload them in batches
• (if you are a small business)  You enter them manually.

The rest is done by us.  We look at the information you have given us to determine when to send feedback emails, we invite the customer to our site to give feedback, and present the customer with a very simple form on which to do so.  We then notify you (if you have asked us to) of any important feedback that the customer has left.

We calculate the satisfaction rating as a percentage of responses, and you display this on your site by inserting a single line of code.
