To join FEEFO requires three steps

1) Fill in the registration details

The initial step is to fill in the sign on details, to tell us who you are.

You will then need some technical knowledge to log on and 'Edit Details', filling in the rest of this form.

The final two steps do need a small amount of technical help (for most businesses this can easily be completed in half a day

2) Send us details of your sales

The minimum details that we need are

 

Customer Name To use as a greeting on the email we send
Customer email  
Sale Date  
Sale Description  
Product Search Code A code you can use when searching for reviews - can be the same as the description
Order ref To identify the order

 

There are various means by which you can let us know your sales details, which we detail here

 

3) Integrate your reviews into your product pages

There are three approaches to this:

  1.  Place the Feefo logo in your site, and allow click through to your review pages on our site
    This requires only a small amount of technical knowledge.  Learn about this here
  2.  Import the review data to your site using our XML feed, and incorporate it into your page design
    Requires design work, but lets you incorporate the reviews seamlessly into your page.  Learn about this here
  3.  Use our Javascript routines that allow you to display the logo and see the reviews in a popup window in various configurations with minimal technical requirement on your part  Learn about this here

 

Other considerations

As well as the work above you should also consider the following options to get the most from Feefo - generally best done within 6 weeks of opening the Feefo account.  Please email us for advice at support@feefo.com.

1) You can send us details of past sales, using the manual upload process. We strongly recommend this. You can quickly establish your reputation on FEEFO, but you must not be selective. To do this, see here

2) You can split your feedback into categories (this is useful for larger businesses). To understand how, see here

3) You can customize the email that we send to your customers requesting feedback. To understand how, see here

4) You can install product links that link products shown on Feefo feedback pages to the relevant product page on your own site. To understand how, see here
