Note: When joining you can preload sales you have already completed by this method, provided that you do not do so selectively. You can also use this method to upload sales that have not passed through your website, even when the rest of the sales are notified automatically.
To upload sales, you prepare a file based on the template that you can download from here. To get help on the meaning of the columns, please see the instructions on automatic sales feed. This template may be loaded into Excel (when you open it in Excel, you need to select 'Files of type: All files'), then modified (with your sales information) and saved as a tab-separated text file. Note that Feedback Date, Product Link and Customer Ref are optional. You can omit these fields from your upload.
Once prepared, you log in, (in the supplier area) and select the menu option 'Upload sales'. The program will allow you to see your file on screen before saving it away and triggering email messages to your customers requesting feedback.
You can automate this process by using our FTP upload instead of the client login. By this method, you set an FTP password through 'Edit supplier details', then use an FTP program to log in to our server, and upload your file. Once it has processed your file, our server will email you with a confirmation, and delete the file. This process can be fully automated
We accept files with GPG encryption. You can find our public key here
For users of AspDotNetStorefront, one of our clients has prepared XML code to create a file suitable for upload to feefo. Details may be found here.
