We have expanded the functions of Users. As well as being able to specify whether users can post sales, see reports, or respond to feedback, you can now specify that you want them to receive copies of feedback under very specific circumstances - eg if the feedback has a negative service rating.
You can use this facility to ensure that those responsible for individual aspects of your business receive feedback that is relevant specifically to them.
To create and adjust users, choose 'Upload Sales etc./Edit Users from the top menu, when signed in.
