I allways had a good service.
As I was placing the order , there appeared to be a problem with the website. I tried to pay on my switch card but kept getting a payment failure message . My husband then attempted payment via PayPal , which seemed to be successful. I later found that the money had been taken from both my account and was pending in the PayPal. I rang look fantastic customer services to resolve this. Although the operator was helpful , the promise to send an email once this was resolved did not arrive and I had to make several calls before it was finally resolved. Quite disappointed in the lack of communication from the service team and ended up having to explain the situation to a new team member each time I rang.
