Service rating : When arriving at the Fenchurch Street shop, we was straight away asked if we needed any help, when replying we was ok, the lady lefted us to look.
When we found the shirts we was looking for she was there straight away again to take us in the changing room, also cleaning up the mess that was left in there from the previous customer. All in all the service was very good and I would definitely return.
Product rating : I brought x3 short sleeved shirts from yourselves in which I found the quality to be very good and what with summer coming wanted the shirt to not be to heavy and thick.

I found with the shirts I brought I got just that.

I thought the time from ordering online to signing for the goods was incredibly slow, because of this specific reason I would hesitate to order online in future. As a comparison, I ordered some thomas pink shirts the day after the lewin order, I received them a full two days before the TM Lewin order turned up.

Product rating : Very nice shirt, and seems well made and well finished. My only comment is that you only seem to supply these shirts in a slimmer fit, and being an 'older' person who likes to dress well, a regular slightly looser fit would be better for me.

Staff in the shop where my order was delivered to will need to improve their customer service skills. I expected a smooth and quick process when collecting; but was met by quite sloppy and disorganized approach.

Service rating : - First experience of buying suits at T.M.L. Hari (tailor) was exceptionally helpful and gave an impartial view on my suit choices.

- Main point for me was not feeling that i was just another sale. Ended up selecting two suit's (when i had only gone in to buy one). Sales technique certainly works.
Product rating : - For the price you pay i would say they are good value for money. Am yet to put the suits through the rigors of city life however expect them to hold up well.

Service rating : No shirts that fitted me in the shop. I ended up buying 2 identical shirts online. I wanted to buy 4 but the range is now so limited for my size that I only liked one. It would have been nice to have the 4 shirt discount (as I wanted to buy 4) but this was refused. I used to really like TM Lewins.
Product rating : I would like all the shirt styles to be available in all sizes. I am 17.5 neck, 34.5 arm, slim fit. I used to be able to get quite a few good styles. Now the range is poor and limited. There were no shirts at all that fitted me in the shop so we went through the rather laborious process of using the shop ipad. I would like the pink check shirts in particular in that size (as you used to do). I also discovered (your assistant measured me) that the Lewins shirt I am wearing which is supposed to have a 34.5 sleeve length is in fact 35 inches, which explains why it's too long. Please make it less complicated and less disappointing by having more selection at all sizes.
