Service rating : The item arrived very quickly from the time order was placed.
Product rating : The shoes themselves were of a high standard,(Loake), although there were some signs of 'use' on the soles. However, I was sent the wrong size, which was disappointing to say the least, therefore they needed to be returned. there were no others of that particular make in the store, so I got a full refund without any problems...but no nice shoes!

Service rating : I think the sizing of fashion, particularly if they have overseas sizing in the labels, needs to be seriously looked at. I received an outfit with size 18 in the label, but size 22 on the packaging. In fact the item was a size 20 ! TKMAXX as opposed to other comparison tables, up their US size by 2 instead of ONE!!!
Product rating : ORDERED two sizes for fit. This size did not fit so have returned.

Always shop in TKMAX excellent quality and value for money ,I appreciate the fact that I will not see everyone in the high street wearing the same items of clothing as myself(as you do with many other high street shops)
