Service rating : Although it took me several attempts to place an order as site ran slower and slower as the basket filled and kept timing out before the order was complete and losing the basket contents (using Internet Explorer) I was able to complete using (Firefox) as although it still ran slow it didn't suffer the time out problem.
After the order was placed successfully the service and communication was 100%
