The speed of delivery was brilliant.

The main issues which has put me off ordering anything from this company again is that unlike other online shops I have used, Joe Browns don't offer a free returns. Instead I had to pay over £8 to return the boots I purchased in order to exchange them for a different size. This on top of money sent on product is ridiculous.

I have wanted to order these boots for sometime but as you have to pay for returns, had I not liked them it would have cost a lot to return them so that put me off ordering but then I had a brochure in the post with a free delivery and returns offer which I took advantage of - boots were delivered quickly - happy with this service.

I had preferred my delivery through my local courier whom I know well and who has my number and I have his. If the royal mail courier doesn't find me in (or doesn't knock loud enough or wait for me to get to the door) then I have to visit the parcel depot before 1pm on another day, which is annoying when that has to be done in my lunch break.
