The chocolates were not delivered and it was only when I asked me friend I found this out, I had to call to ask why. The order hadn't been put through properly yet the money had been taken. Flowers arrived 2 days later than the date told to me by flowers direct said it had been signed for.

Absolute let down, flowers ordered for my girlfriends 18th they didn't come until 430pm after being in a van since 8 am they where bone dry and the flowers where dead. They where suffocated in a cardboard box and looked nothing like they do on the picture, I will never use this company or any other online flower delivering company as the service is shocking.
