Service rating : I am appalled at the lack of customer service i received when i called back to ask why the chocolates i ordered (and paid for) for a very sick work colleagues hadn’t not been delivered with the flowers i ordered and paid for. Initially I spoke to Morgan on Monday 11:30 9.12.13. He had some trouble understanding me then finally agreed to re order the chocolate and call me back or email me to confirm all had been done. I gave the option of both email or a call and 2 numbers to call. I wanted to be contacted before 15:30. He said fine and it would all be done by then. When I called back nothing had been done and I spoke to a very simple individual who basically told "we are a call centre there is nothing we can do". This was both infuriating and ridiculous so I asked to speak to a supervisor. Again there was an issue putting me through cause "there is nothing we can do". Finally i was able to speak to Liam – supervisor 15:45 02/12/2014. Liam didn’t explain why the chocolates hadn’t reached my colleague he assured me they should be with her the next day and offered a £25% refund. I said i would expect that by the following Monday (9.12.13 - a lot of leeway) i would expect my colleague to have received her box of chocolates as promised and my refund would show on my account. Neither has happened, again no contact from yourselves to explain why.
• I am so disappointed, you were recommended to me and i though i would be using your services liberally over the holiday season and in general. But i have spent more time trying to sort this out and in the process spending more money on calls and of course my time. It would have been far less hassle to grow her flowers, pick them and take them to her sick bed and far less embarrassing! I have had to ask her three times if she received the chocolates that "we" her colleagues sent her.
• I assure you i will never use your services again and i will ensure everyone i know personally and professional will know why i don’t use your services. I will wait till Monday before I turn to social networking sites and my blog to comment on the service I received from you and the circumstance too.
• Additionally “Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 there are a strict set of rules that retailers and sellers must abide by. When you buy goods it means you've entered into a contract with the seller of these goods.” – I will pursue this further. I have drafted a letter to Which – consumer right! I am sure they will be happy to assist me here. It’s worth the time it will take to sort out. You embarrassed me, and further distressed a very sick woman.
• i have nothing further to add, i gave Liam (wouldn’t give a surname) constructive feedback on what i assume is a rigid call guide. I am quite sure I was again wasting my time.
Good luck to you - i am quite sure you could care less about me or my sick colleague but i will not forget this and I won’t rest till I am fully remunerated for my time and my colleague receives those Chocolates!Product: The flowers were apparently very nice.

Service rating : I used a special offer voucher to send a £40 bouquet to my daughter in law for her 40th birthday the bouquet was not what I expected and my son sent me a photo then I complained another bouquet was sent BUT this was not on her birthday obviously, although nice gestureProduct: The second bouquet sent as an apology was a tremendous improvement but like I said not on the birthday so I will not use this service again.

Service rating : The delivery did not find anyone in the house therefore hiding the box behind a vase in the front if the house. In theory a logical idea, but with darkness coming quite early in this season, we did not realise the box was there until the following day. Perhaps a note through the door us not too much to ask.Product: The flowers looked dry and old, with most flowers unopen. Not impressed!

I ordered some flowers for my mums birthday, (2/12) called up to check where they were to be told that the order had not been passed onto the delivery company... Altho the lady was extremely helpful and at my request moved the delivery to another day my mum will not receive her birthday flowers on her birthday:-)

Roses were already opened when delivered, and quickly died. Sent email to ask for refunds or resend, but nothing her back.
Arrived when expected.
Delivered in a cardboard box, the flowers were therefore closed, which does not give the same effect as an open bouquet with opened flowers. A bit disappointing.
