Service rating : Where the service was efficiently dealt with and the flowers delivered on time requested, I feel it is difficult to comment on the quality of the flowers as they were a gift for someone 200 miles away from where I live. The problem lies with the fact that the person to whom they were delivered to, would not say whether the flowers were of poor quality because by the very reason, they were a gift!
