The staff in the shop where amazing from the momnet we got their till when we left & the products we got my little boy enjoyed !

Quality of basketball post is what you would expect from Little Tikes-excellent. This is the second time we have bought this piece of equipment-now both of our Grandsons own one! It is durable-strong and sits outdoors in all weathers. The adjustable height means it lasts a long time and it has always been a popular toy. Also it is an 'only child' value as they are quite happy playing with it on their own. Luckily I ordered it way ahead of the birthday date as the delivery time on the web site was a work of fiction-3 to 4 days? It came straight from L T and took as many weeks! Never mind it's here now and I am very pleased with it-another good thing is I ordered it and had it delivered to his address ready for the said birthday.

I had ordered items online and delivery company left my delivery in the rain with no note. Found the package sodden wet the following morning. Staff bent over backwards to help both on the phone and in store and I received my goods in the end in full working order in time for my daughters 2nd birthday.
its a shame you closed most of your shops in London. I would have preferred to have bought the goods in a shop

Search engine is not very good. When I put in speculative items, replies weren't very good. I can't remember the exact wording, but I was looking for "skates" and it showed me hairdressing set, painting and glue, so I looked up all outside toys and found skates! Need a better range of skates, ie size 3-7, 8-13, 1-5 and different designs too as there is a huge hole if you do not want Hello kitty size 3-7 or Blue size 4-8 or 12-13.
I bought over £200 of Happyland Toys on a 3 for 2 offer but instead of sorting the 3 for 2 by price (ie 3rd most expensive free, 6th most expensive free, 9th most expensive free etc) like other retailers do, the cheapest 3 items from the bottom of the list were taken off. This is unfair and unreasonable. So, if I bought 3 things each at £60 and 3 at £8, then instead of getting one of the £60 items free and one of the £8 items free, I only would have got two £8 items free. I would have spent considerably more if this had been done fairly. As it was, I had to organise my purchases into two orders. A waste of my time and resources as well as yours.
