Product rating : Says 3 xl more like 2 xl. or even XL Not in line with other suppliers sizes. Was excited about my order only to be very disappointed that the fit was too tight. I know that these were tailored but even so. The only normal fit stuff is boring standard striped stuff for the over 60's

Service rating : Hello to you all, the reason I have given such a low rating, is because I waited nearly two weeks for my order, nothing came, no telephone calls, no e-mail communication. Feeling some what disappointed I telephoned Crew with my order reference number to enquire about the delay, I was told that I needed to confirm some security questions before releasing my order, and also that two e-mails had been sent. This is just not true, no e-mail asking to contact you had been sent, but. I did receive two promotional e-mails, so had I not contacted you, would I still be waiting to hear from you?? I am really disappointed at the service received, and suggest that this is looked into, to save further customers being frustrated by the whole affair. Thank you for my refund, yours sincerely Virgina Graham

Product rating : I bought an xl sized polo shirt but feel it was wrongly sized. It was nowhere near large enough for the person for whom it was bought and he normally wears a large or an xl size. The shirt had to be returned and I was annoyed that the return was not free. If an article is described as extra large then I do not expect to have to pay for a return of an incorrectly sized article.
