Second order was excellent but my first order of the same product was cancelled because of some technical mistake but payment was taken from my account and when i emailed you this fact you answer me that that is a nonsence... But after 2 weeks you sent me my money back, so it was ok but of course i was affraid that will not send me my money back. You should inform your customers better in case of a mistake like that.
