Before this I had been happy with Gempoia,but I have three orders from Nov 8 thru Nov 16 and have not received any of the orders

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear your orders are yet to arrive. Unfortunately a number of our orders have been held up at customs which has resulted in orders being delayed. We have been told orders can take anything up to 15 business days. So if we could ask you to wait until December 6th and if still not with you to call our customer service team who will either refund or replace the item.
We have now reverted back to our original delivery service so rest assured this lengthy delay will not happen again.
