16-Jun	Booking Experience	The booking was straightforward and easy. There was one big disappointment on the holiday however. I am a single lady and was travelling with 2 children. The venue listed a kids club but when I got there was told it wouldn't be available until the following month. Needess to say my holiday turned out to be very hard work indeed having to entertain a 5 and 7 year old all my myself every day 24/7. Otherwise the experience was good. Read more	No Comment

13-Jun	Flight Booking	We went Dublin ---> Heathrow ----> Chicago -----> Vancouver. At Dublin and Heathrow we were told that our suitcases would go straight through to Vancouver. Not true ,( had to collect them in Chicago luckily a United steward on flight told us.),In Chicago we had to go through immigration, collect cases, drop them again at United desk , change terminals go through security again and get to gate in 2 1/2 hours. Ran all the way and just made gate. This was not enjoyable!! Landing in USA is a pain and customers should be warned and given longer. Otherwise everything ok. Read more	No Comment
