Your website offered free shipping with orders over 65.00
My order was 67.00 + change but I was still charged a shipping fee.
It would be a demonstration of good business practice to refund the shipping charges. wrote on 07-Jan-2015

Apologies for any inconvenience caused by the situation. The order has to be over £65 without the £2.99 postage to automatically qualify for free postage. Without the postage the cost of the goods came to £64.97. We have refunded your postage however due to the confusion. It may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
