Very pleased with products. would ask that you look at packaging. I receive eyebrow pencil every two months and it comes in a huge box. I feel this could be put into a padded envelope,which would suffice. This would be much better price wise and better for the environment. Thank you.

Website is fine until you get through to the basket and payment pages. Can be a bit glitchy and hard to complete what you are trying to do, such as use a code, etc.

I have Feelunique unlimited, and the parcel was supposed to arrive the next day (Friday), but it didn't. It arrived the following Monday.

I have Feelunique unlimited, and the parcel was supposed to arrive the next day (Friday), but it didn't. It arrived the following Monday. I contacted support, only received a response on Tuesday, but was given a £5.00 off £30.00 code.

The products come cute and well packaged. Nearly all the small products are expensive so I do think free samples should be given more to compensate for that. So that you feel you are getting your money's worth. The body shop is quite a good example of a company that is also selling online and the products are worth the price plus you are given discounts or extra gifts. It just makes spending your hard earned money feel more like a worth it thing to do.

During the 1:1 chat service, I was given an effective answer to resolve the problem I had with the order. The lady I talked to was not the most polite person to be exact but did the job, hence I rated good, not excellent.

I regularly order from Feelunique and have never really had an issue until now. I ordered 3 items and paid for next day delivery, however when I received my package I had not received one of the items I had ordered. I emailed the “customer care” team asking for my missing item to be sent ASAP. I did. It receive a reply until 2 days later in which it was clear the person had not even read the message I sent as they sent a generic reply about about broken products asking me to send pictures. I then had to email again and explain that the item was not broken it was missing, I then did not receive a reply for a further 3 days stating that a replacement would be sent. It took another 3 days to actually receive the item that I had originally paid next day delivery on overall taking 9 days to actually receive the product that I required. Very disappointing customer service, a replacement should have been arranged and dispatched within a couple of days.
