All my deliveries have been very late, even after chasing and paying supplements for faster delivery. Although WAE+ say they take no responsibility for the description of the goods but rely entirely on the manufacturer's data, what components are required to make this product work is not explained resulting in my need to make subsequent ancilliary purchases. But even after categorical assurances that having bought the last component the scanner would work "100%" this was not the case as I find on receipt that a dedicated cable and possibly power supply are also necessary. So far it's taken me over a month to get this far without a working product yet to show for it!
