No problem with the order. Voucher was bought as a Christmas gift for my brother and sister-in-law.

Although, we would like to apologise as your brother and sister-in-law had to wait to get their Prosecco.

|By all accounts, their experience was disappointing. When they tried to book, they were told they had to give 48 hours' notice. Fair enough, but tone was a bit churlish and did not start things off well. When they arrived and asked for Prosecco, they were told there were no clean glasses and had a lengthy wait. Gluten free option was prepared for my sister-in-law and they both enjoyed the food and lovely location, but they did not rave about it, because of the service.|
