I also bought two beds from you and I want to add some feedback about the beds which might help your customers in the future. The delivery guys were fantastic. The beds are well made, feel great and are good quality. However there were two issues with the bed that you might like to address for the future. Firstly the bolts on the headboard and end board were done up so tightly that the Allen key provided would not work, it kept slipping in the hole whilst trying to untighten the bolts and the end of the Allen key was ruined. I had to go and purchase another Allen key with a longer handle to enable me to undo the bolts. One bolt was so tight I had to get my carpenter in to drill a hole through the bolt and drill it out as even he could not remove it. Secondly please try to provide your customers with longer Allen keys.
White company was fine but shipping was a disaster - I missed the first delivery as I work, then they tried again the second day and said they would now not deliver the package to a different address or accept instructions to leave it in my garage. So I only just had time, during my lunch hour, to drive and pick up the package from their depot and haven't had time to try anything. A very inconvenient service. I don't remember this being such a difficult process last time I ordered. Basically, I received the fist card after work when they were closed, so I could only have gone online that night or called first thing in the morning to change the process. After that I had no choice but to collect it. Very inconvenient and unhelpful. I would recommend going back to the previous shipping service.
I have always been impressed with th service and used many times. This time I ordered baby sleeping bag as gift for newborn niece. I had to post it to USA and had a box of gifts ready to send. I paid for early delivery So I could send it as soon as possible. Part of the order arrived and when i rang I was told the sleeping bag was out of stock and may arrive in a couple of weeks. I had to post the other gifts and send the item later.
The item did arrive and was lovely but I wouldn't have ordered if been advised out of stock as caused inconvenience and additional cost.
I rang up to order the chambray dress from the Bath store thinking that the 20% off deal still applied but it did not. The young lady on the phone advised me that I could only have 15% off but pointed out that the mid season sale was due in a few days. I went online and the little dress which I wanted was actually 40% off. I thought this was excellent customor service as I would have been really miffed if I had bought it from the store and then seen the reduced offer on line. So good on the Bath store and their help.
The ordering service was excellent, but the delivery service you use is poor; you get no card through the door on a failed delivery attempt, nor do they even try to delover your order to a neighbour if you are not in. The person who delivered the order was not company branded and did not look or come across as professional. It would reflect better on the whote company if they used dpd or royal mail or another currier service that is more aligned to the brand.
Service rating : Service is very good, except for incident at Selfrisges - see below comment .) button missing off a brand new sealed duvet and Selfridges made no attempt to contact white company for another button. Assistants in your brick and mortar stores are not helpful, but really great online service and delivery service.Product: This cover is in fact excellent but once I bought the monmouth stripe duvet cover at Selfrdiges in London and one button was missing ! It was sealed on purchase and Selfridges would not assist to source another button. So now I am complaining about that production oversight- maybe include a spare button and add to cost
Service rating : Still using Hermes for free delivery who always leave packages in places I do not feel are safe. I give this feedback every time I'm asked for it. I've had fragile parcels thrown into dustbins, etc. When I've spent in excess of £50 I expect better service than this and do not feel I should have to pay for delivery to ensure a different, more efficient company delivers my goods.Product: Have no idea what product you are asking me to rate. As a first time user if this website I found it easy to navigate & purchase. Goods arrived well packaged & within allotted time. Clothes were good value & well made. I am a bit on the short side...4ft 11" so the cardigan was slightly long but wearable....do you have clothes in different lengths? I am looking forward to buying more on pay day!
Service rating : Very helpful staff go that extra mile had a recent IT glitch and order problems put right within hours. It's a shame the back office IT support staff let down the W company in my opinion haven't been able to order on line for months.Product: Lather quality and smell are top class
Service rating : The service is good, so far I've only waited two days to receive products from the White company. Everything is really well packaged and arrives in a smart looking white box.

Service rating : I have spent £2300 on my order and so weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have contacted white company several times and they still haven't sorted it. SHOCKING SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Having been a loyal customer for years and spent at least 10,000 with them over the last few years !!!Product: Haven't received yet !!!!!
Service rating : Fast delivery and beautiful item. Never been disappointed yet. The package had been stood on before delivery, possibly in transition despite saying fragile so the box was half crushed. Luckily the item wasn't damaged.Product: Lovely quality and good sizing, a beautiful little dress

Will be good in the garden for summer barbecues. Have some linen content so hoping they will age well - they are quite soft before first washing.

I was surprised when the box arrived, which measured 42cm x 33cm x 30 cm for such small items! No wonder the postage & packaging cost with The White Company are so high! To avoid waste of packaging couldn't the company review the size of the boxes you dispatch orders in?
Service rating : I had to pay the import tax in Turkey although the final destination was north Cyprus. If I had the information about tax payment, I would balance my purchase differently.Product: Was good guess for me, I like the shape, it suits an oval face. The colour of the glass is pinkish, it's ok if sun is not too bright, suitable for European summer or Cyprus winter.
