Service rating : I've got a very good price on the sale and delivery was super fast! always good to deal with your website, and happy to see you improved your card payment as was fast and fuzz free.
I live near your nottingham store and wouldn't go anywhere near it as the service is very poor, they always look bored and when you ask them a question they don't seem to bother in looking for sizes the staff there is not helpful at all!Product: Lovely jumper, it's all in the little details like the fringe what makes a classic blue jumper to stand out.
I rated all good, tried to submit but I can't submit unless I write a comment. Comments in surveys should be optional. You advise it takes only 15secs to complete, which I was happy to do and provide positive feedback. The fact you require a written comment is somewhat frustrating, and now knowing this I am unlikely to complete any further The White Company surveys. I recommend you make the comments optional as opposed mandatory; I hope you take this advise.
Service rating : Last year I phoned 6 times for a brochure to be sent to me. Nothing ever happened. I was beginning to believe I had somehow got on your "blacklist". Anyhow, I had in the past received your products, so just ordered what I'd previously received on-line, and hoped for the best. Fortunately, I received them. Service rating : Good service, fast delivery, the only problem is that I paid with vouchers and so I had to do two orders as there is a limit on the amount of vouchers you can use. Also I was due a small amount of change and because I was using vouchers this was not given and if it was it was not made clear.Product: Lovely classic style and quality
Service rating : The delivery service is very poor.
I ordered it in the Wednesday night and it did not honour for delayed very to my mother till the Monday or Tuesday.
You should do a next day delivery - even with gift wrap.
I wanted it to arrive on the Friday - saturday latest.
The fact that the white company does not offer this is very unsatisfactoryProduct: Great priestly but totally let down by the poor delivery service.
Service rating : re the bracelet when i called. another one was sent out, but unfortunately it was the same size, i could not even put it on;( a real shame as i loved it. but it was replaced by the defuser.

Service rating : I ordered on line and the items arrived quite quick but unfortunately one item didn't fit so i went to the shop in Cheltenham, the staff was very friendly but didn't had a size up. They offered to order me the bigger size but i went to the shop to try and see if it fits.Product: I am a size 12 but unfortunately the sleeves on the jumper were to tight so it went back . The jumper itself is ok, but i must say that lately the sizing with the white company is all over the place. I think i have brought back a least 3 items because they were to small / thight ( especially the arms) or to big.
Service rating : Found the product I wanted and the ordering and payment system was simple to follow. I received confirmation texts and updates on the delivery. At the last minute I had to go out but I altered the delivery address and my parcel was with the neighbour when I returned homeProduct: I bought this soft toy for my great- niece's 1st birthday. It was just the right size for her to hug and she showed that she loved the softness of the material by keeping rubbing it on her cheeks.
Service rating : Service was fine - the products arrived in nice packaging.
However it was difficult to order. I tried to order them at work on microsoft internet explorer and they quantity button to increase it to 2 frames didn't work. It did work on Chrome when I got home. Maybe one to pass on to the digital team to review.Product: I bought 4 frames to give to our parents and sisters with photos from our wedding. The frames themselves, although nice, are quite expensive for what they are. One of the frames arrived with a round sticker mark on the glass. I considered sending it back but tried windolene first to get it off. Although this only took a few minutes, it kind of tailented the experience as you expect The White Company products to be perfect and they arrived so nicely packaged too.
Overall the products and site are wonderful, however I regularly order from overseas for delivery in the U.K. And am unable to mark the items as gifts.
I can add a gift bag, but the items do not go into it and so the receiver ends up with the statement.
I can of course call The White Company and they can help, but this is no use when overseas.
I can't rate excellent purely because when my consignment arrived, the box was battered, broken, had been taped up by the couriers and by the time I collected from the couriers as they wouldn't deliver! the ordered items were falling out the Bottom of the box!!! Very pleased that I had not ordered anything "Fragile"
Service rating : You kept me informed as to the arrival time and told me when the item had been delivered. You allowed the gift to be sent direct to a address that was not the billing address. Convenience is not to be undervaluedProduct: This was sent direct to someone as a gift. I never saw the items. They however have phoned and said how delighted they were, especially with the hooded towel
Products are great, customer service could be improved. If you make a mistake in your order and when you call the service desk 5 minutes after placing the order but its too late nothing can do nothing to help...that's a pity because you could still very easily cancelled such an order mistake .
Service rating : For very busy people easy to look in shop once at beginning of the season. Later can browse the website and purchase. Any returns I take to my local shop and can see sale items too.Product: Good practical t shirt
But free delivery back ... luxurious brand it should be standard. It stops me buying numerous sizes in dresses to make sure they fit! I know you are not ASOS and I am not ASOS shopper but it would be nice to be able to see the difference between a 10 or a 12 in particular styles.

When the order needed to be redirected, the customer service team just made it happen. As discussed with them, there are clearly a couple of improvements that could be made to make the process more seamless, but they filled the gaps excellently.
