I ordered a product on 31 December and by 9 January it still hadnt arrived. I checked tracking and it said damage product so not delivered. I phoned white company and they knew nothing about it and no info on their website! This was a present and it was so late, no compensation was offered, I had to ask for it.and they then offered me a £5 voucher where I’d have to spend more money , after further asking I got the delivery very refunded. Wasn’t happy with delivery at all.
