I ordered three items to send to friends for the arrival of their new baby. I requested for them all to be sent in a gift box. Two items were dispatched in the gift box. I was told the 3rd item would be sent separately (which I wasn't happy about), so I let our friends know. We were then told there wasn't any of the 3rd product left in stock so it couldn't be sent. Disappointing all round.
