Last year I used insure and go and had to cancel my holiday....I recieved my payment, however it was quite slow and they asked for further information on 2 occasions that was already provided. Did not like the idea that additions for medical screeining went up in proprtion to the cost of the policy. Nor that additions for medical problems were the same for someone who might have a heart attack and someone who had been clear of a cancer for 20 years!
