service could be improved by allowing customers to purchase cover by telephone as some people are not to confident on using the internet.Hope this can be considered in the future

This is something we definitely won't be offering on breakdown cover. The reason is relatively straightforward - We offer our cover at such a competitive rate, that we can't afford to sell this over the phone. If we did, the price of the policies would rise considerably.
