I wanted to add a new bike to my existing insurance plan. Excellent service via email, always quick to reply with answers to my questions. However, price was much higher compared to other companies specialising in bike insurance. I went ahead because I only had to pay for the six months before my plan expires, but I will probably go elsewhere at the end of this plan.

Thank you for the kind review of Eversure Cycle Insurance. We always aim to give the best Customer Service and always aim to be good on price, but we acknowledge that our cycle insurance is not always the cheapest. We are looking at this and working with underwriters to improve this.

Many thanks
