Contact via internet not easy/user friendly. Wasted time trying, only to find that telephone contact was the necessary option.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We do not have full self-service functionality on our website and we acknowledge this. In order to update your contact details and in order to comply with the Data Protection Act, we do ask that you call us. It is possible to do this by email, but there is the need occasionaly for some toing and throwing with email. So, easier to call.
