Quite painless but you will be better judged by your actions in the event of a claim. At the moment the purchase was a 'distressed' one.....

We're delighted to hear that the application was 'Quite painless' and I am uncertain what was meant by "At the moment the purchase was a 'distressed' one..... ". This does concern me, if you would like to call me on 01483 347333 to discuss any concerns I would gladly like to learn what is meant by this. If anything went wrong we would like to understand in order that we can ensure that this does not happen again.
