My experience was mixed. I did not hear from the company for a week after I placed my order. When I rang I was told a stock take was taking place and the order was delayed. When the order did arrive the "free" item was not included. I then rang and the lady who took my call was very helpful and very efficient, the second item being received next day. Pity the whole process was not as efficient.
