Overall good. However I did have to return some items. I ordered the wrong collar type and sleeve length on four shirts. This is obviously my error. But returning items could be made simpler and cheaper. The format of the returns form wasn't large enough to easily write the item codes in. This could be reformatted or ideally pre-typed.
It cost me £14 to return the items. Many other companies use a courier service or Freepost labels.
Given the high level of online clothing competitors and more coming to the market all the time (the chapar and thread); it's the value added details like these that keep customers coming back.

Overall, CT UK was good. Ordered shirts on-line and super fast delivery to store next day. Only issue on-line is not being able to pick up the shirts from the store - you have to call up and ask for this (and then not get charged £4.95 delivery). Being in London, pick up from the store tends to be better for a lot of people.
Store pick-up was excellent. Elaine at the Blomfield Street store provided superb efficient service. I got the wrong sleeve length, so needed to exchange the shirts and she was fantastic - quick, no questions and literally collected the correct shirts the next day. Overall a great service (but please be able to pick up from store on-line).
I ordered shirts on a Friday evening and it was confirmed that they would be delivered next day which I paid extra for. The shirts never arrived until the following Tuesday in damaged packaging. When I investigated the delivery via Hermes it told me it was delivered at 1736 on the Saturday which was false info. Your customer services told me they were unable to get me courier info as Hermes had used a third party courier. Overall the delivery experience was particularly poor especially as I had paid for next day. I appreciate that this is just one aspect of the service from you, however it is the most important especially as I ordered the shirts for a particular event.
Good and efficient service. When looking at a shirt on the website it would be useful if the website could also identify whether the particular shirt is sold in other cuts without having to start the search over again e.g. . it is not possible to tell at a glance that a "slim fit" that you like is also in "classic", without re-starting the search again which can be rather tedious.
The service from Charles Tyrwhitt is superb! The website is very easy to use, the advice on how to take your measurements is spot on, the photographs of the shirts are very high quality so you know exactly what you will receive and the shirts are despatched really quickly in strong, robust boxes to a reliable courier. There is absolutely nothing to fault here! I may never go to M&S again!
Fantastic service and quality of suits and shirts. They're a great fit, good quality material, they keep their colour and shape , I can't recommend them highly enough. I'm so glad I took punt on them 6 years ago, went in and got measured and now just order on line, parcel arrives in a few days. The non iron shirts loose any creases due to wear with body heat and the suits loose creases simply by hanging them on good quality hangers. With their money back guarantee you've got nothing to loose
I have shopped with CT for years - but I do have to say that sometimes you don't deliver on your promises... I paid you for next day delivery on my goods and then promptly got an email telling me that they would arrive until 48 hours later... you sorted it quickly by refunding my money but I still didn't have the products I wanted on time
Far too many marketing emails in my inbox - there are only so many shirts I can buy! It would be useful to be able to buy some extra collar stiffeners - my only problems were after following instructions to remove them before washing - unwittingly never had a problem washing shirts with collar stiffeners in, as they never fell out
very disappointed with the service. I was told item out of stock but would be in end of December. When I enquired near the time about delivery, told changed to 8 January. When followed up near that time told end of January! I then cancelled as I wanted the item before travelling overseas. At no time was I informed of delivery date changes, not even a simple sms.Had I not enquired I would not have become aware of this.
Service is first class ,items ordered on-line, promptly dispatched. Excellent value. If I have one improvement in this day and age of being eco. I do not need all of the supporting plastic packaging, plastic collar stiffening, clips, and cardboard. These items are unnecessary and do not improve the quality.
I needed to change the shirt I ordered (wrong size my fault) so returned it to the Marlow shop. No short sleeve shirts at all were available, so I had to order again on line paying another premium price £4.95 for a very slow service, six days to arrive.
Lady in the shop however was very pleasant and tried to help, and gave good advice.
Ordered 4 shirts for Christmas. Black shirt not delivered until January, seperate to others. Black shirt not wrapped properly, cardboard backing and plastics loose in box with crumpled shirt. Shirts normally in plastic bag. i have photos.
Other 3 shirts delivered seperately were excellent.
Quick service and great product. Pity that your website would not allow the 12% discount you offered me be applied even though my purchase was still within the time frame for the discount to be offered. That said great product (shirts) as always and speedy service as always
One shirt IN STOCK online then told that the dispatch was TBC - phoned customer service 11 days later and told that my order had been cancelled and NOTHING had been said to me about this. Very little apology made about it.

Easy to order and delivery sooner than expected. A big plus with Charles Tyrwhitt shirts is that they offer extra long sleeve lengths and shirts can be customized with a pocket (which is a must for my husband) and they have a good range of colour, pattern and fit.
Great products, high quality and very good delivery service. Loyalty vouchers and codes never work in my experience and range could do with more frequent change. Altogether a very good product with excellent tailoring but lacks sincerity to brand customer loyalty
Speedy order/checkout online, good deals, etc. I had called to say I would be away on the expected delivery date, had the address changed to my hotel in Guernsey, however the delivery occurred on Saturday before I left home on Monday which was fantastic.

Good service - but it annoys me that you always advertise your shirts as greatly reduced. Most people would not buy them at the "original" price - so why not just advertise them at the lower price to start with. Also - don't make people buy 4 shirts before they get the bulk discount - two or three would make it more tempting!
I have bought quite a few items from CT shirts and I have always been amazed at the quality. There is no comparison at the price when purchased as one of their deals. Customer service is always spot on if something needs sorting out.
I ordered my shirt on a Monday (and a Public Holiday) and the item arrived (free delivery) the following Saturday. The Company provides an efficient service and I'll definitely be purchasing more products in the future.
order got lost in the post, i contacted sales and they were unwilling to compensate at all other than offer free delivery off NEXT order and re-send (the items would have arrived 2 weeks post order). I cancelled order and will go elsewhere, I think everyone else should too.
There are companies out there who appreciate customers especially repeat custom - not CT.
I have never been disappointed with CT service. Their regular communication is always reliable, this is very important when the items awaited are for my husband. The surprise could otherwise be completely spoilt.
Easy to order, good website etc. There was an issue with delivery, which took a bit of too and fro to get sorted out due to misunderstandings from the customer service team, but was sorted out in the end.
