The online order service was "OK" and the goods appear fine - time will tell! I was disappointed that I was unable to use a discount voucher - being told that the code was not recognised......thankfully, I had another and that code was recognised. Could I suggest you consider a rating of "Satisfactory" rather than just "Good" or "Poor" because my own instinct tells me that your service should have been rated as satisfactory however I have given the benefit of the higher rating on this occasion. (Instinct and experience of on line assessment companies also tells me that nobody will ever bother to do anything about this comment......go on, I dare you!!)
Problem with finding button to transfer items to shopping basket. It seems that this function is not always available at the first point here you have fully specified the shitrt you wish to buy. Shame!
Similarly, the page shows the option to enter voucher numbers on products where all possible reductions have already been implemented, but it is impossible to enter the voucher number; this may be working "as intended"; if so the intention needs to be changed: as an example, the voucher box could be filled with a statement such as "all possible vouchers already included".
Ordered these then realised that I had put the wrong postcode on the delivery address. I contacted CT when I realised that they had been out for delivery then were taken back to delivery hub. The next day I was told it would take another 5 days to change the postcode, so I cancelled the order. Then I received a call the next day from a CT representative, who told me if I wanted to reorder, they would wipe off the delivery charge and have them delivered by Parcelforce for Next day delivery on Friday. They didn't turn up. I have been charged and I have no information regarding where my team is, why it didn't turn up, but it is now around 11 days since my original order. I know it was my mistake for getting the postcode wrong, but 11 days?
Find using their online ordering service easy and precise, the best online company I have found. They do not take your monies until the order is dispatched and kindly tell you straight away if their will be a delay in one of the goods. No other company as far as I know do the same. Most take your money immediately and to hell with you there after when problems occur.
Good old fashioned service with morals more than I can say about other such companies !!

You have creted a problem with your marketing schedule. A brochure and offer code arrives for existing customers, A TV campaign starts (probably to recruit new customers). I place an order using the code and next day receive a Facebook post offering the same shirts for £8 less-This is NOT the way to keep existing customers happy. I would point out that the cost of keeping me is less than recruiting new. After some discussion you agreed to refund the difference. This is really very dumb marketing-have a rethink or perhaps get a better Agency.
Most websites are now tied into store offerings and offer Click + Collect services with Free returns to store. The relatively high delivery and return costs are off-putting. I work only a short walk from your Cambridge store and no items appear to be stocked in XS. I am therefore forced to use your website to try items on.
I have been impressed with the manner and efficiency of the staff in your Leeds store as well as online. Phones are answered quickly,staff introduce themselves and the products are sent out quickly. Returns via Hermes are uncomplicated.
I think CTS online can be held up as exemplary as far as online businesses go.
I am now a pretty regular customer. I had problems with your website as it would not let me pay. I therefore went elsewhere.
Why is it that when i buy an item at full price you then offer it the following day at a discount ?. Not very fair !!.

Fast service. Best thing is shirt fit - you can get a shirt from a designer store in size S, M or L and hope it fits, and it may fit OK if you're lucky, but at Tyrwhitt you order by collar and shirt and cut (extra-slim, slim, regular) and you know you'll get a perfect fit. Buy 4 shirts for £100 and, for £25, you have a well-made beautifully fitting shirt you'll enjoy wearing.
CT service first class only let down by poor service from delivery company (Hermes) . A special thank you and praise for the great service provided by 'Gyn' throughout my discussions with CT to recover the lost item. He is a real credit to the CT organisation and thank you again.
First time I've used the online service, After reflecting that I've always liked the CT shirts that I've bought on the High Steet, I can order online, have a wider choice and be confident the same size will fit perfectly.

The quality of these shirts is a marked improvement on my previous purchase of four white shirts with cutaway collars. Within minutes of wearing, they look as if they have never been ironed. They crease very easily. I nearly returned those. This batch are of a different ilk.
Service is very good. Need a more cost effective return / exchange service. No free post bag / sticker etc. The Hermes offer for £2.80 but need to find somewhere for them to collect from isn't as good as most online retailers. CTShirts themselves are very good tho !!
Easy web site, well designed. Fast delivery with the important option of delivery without signature. Excellent offers of 4 shirts for £100 with added discounts and free delivery gets me every time. A quality shirt like this would cost double anywhere else.
I first ordered these chinos order reference wuk02188361 in size 384 and returned them and reordered size 404, I was disappointed to find the price had changed a day later. My original order cost was £35.20 per pair ordered on 12/03/17. The reorder cost was £40.00 per pair ordered on 15/03/17. i am however happy with the quality and fit.
First class service. Order arrived quickly and the quality of the clothes was excellent. The trousers came up smaller than expected however "returns" service was easy. I ordered the next size up, which arrived the next day with free postage.
Charles Tyrwhitt always delivers - love their shirts, ties and cuff-links. Their courier, Hermes, sometimes leave a much to be desired, however. Sometimes, they don't even bother ringing my doorbell and just drop a card saying they missed me, even when I was home . . . . I then have to go through the inconvenience of re-arranging re-delivery . . .
Good clear ordering process. Website clear to understand. Good clear communication throughout entire process. Order was a little earlier than expected due to items items being in stock ahead of their anticipated stocking but this wasn't an issue.
The order arrived really quickly and was packaged well. The best feature is the option to specify a "safe space" for the courier, so that you don't need to be in at the delivery time. This sets CT apart from most other retailers.
Customer service is back to its normal excellent level.
One thing that I would be interested in is an offer on ties. You have an offer of 4 for £100 on shirts and I would be interested in an offer of say 4 for £75 on ties.
Because I chose to wait until the complete order was ready, it would have been helpful to have an update between order and delivery, as it took 4 weeks between the two. If I hadn't phoned for an update I would have been none the wiser.
Ordered my goods online - website good and easy to use as ever. Delivery prompt and very good delivery tracking service through Hermes. Marketing messaging at just the right frequency and always well put together with motivating offers
Very proactive marketing which encourages you to shop. The service is excellent online and they always have what I need. I find the in store service to be lacking in comparison however overall still very strong as a company.
However I used to buy all my casual shirts from you but you reduced the length of the sleeves so I no longer buy these from you. Its significant that all the models wearing casual shirts in your magazine and website all have the sleeves rolled up. While I also do this frequently I still prefer the option to have them down
I absolutely love the quality of the items from this company. I ordered some shirts recently in there sale. A few items were out of stock, but they kept me informed every time there was in update. Rare indeed these days.
