CT customer service was 2nd to none, let down overall byt he service of your choosen courier. Hermes were completely unhelpful in delivering my package. when i ordered the shirts i noticed that my delivery address was incorrect, so i contacted CT and got it changed. When the shirts were depsatched the courier's HQ had not updated the address so the delivery driver couldn't deliver it. their tracking system online offers you zero information compared to other well known couriers. didnt try and contact me when having issues with delivery address, and offered no assistance in trying resolve the issue. for a company as amazing as CT and a company that prides itself on godd customer service, i would advise on reviewing your courier company. companies like DPD contact you to make sure you are home, they send a tracking email to you with a tracking map to show you where the driver is with theri name, and mobile number. they also take photos of the house they left your package at if you arent home. this is the type of courier i would expect CT to use.
More than happy with the service, however, I received a letter and code for £20 off my next order over £50. I thought great so logged on and purchased 3 shirts but the code was not accepted. I found this frustrating as the only reason I did it at this time was to use the promotion. I bought them anyway as I did a 'google hit' for CT promotional codes and managed to source myself £10 off but it may be a while until I buy some more after that!
Shirts excellent, but using Hermes for delivery is a poor choice. Their customer experience, especially the ability to track the parcel so I know when it'll arrive, is very poor compared to, for example DPD. Also, more high street shops in big towns and cities would be good to make the most of click and collect. The Collect+ service is awful. Half the time you go into these stores and they've no idea they even do a Collect+ service.
I added four more shirts to my original order - this was handled efficiently.
However, despite clear instructions where to leave the package if I were not at home, the courier decided to leave them with a different neighbour (not always in all day) despite the alternative address being crystal clear on the delivery label. Not CT's fault, but please asked couriers to take more care next time!!!
I have moved to the country so the days of visiting your stores are in the past. Just as well, because the last time I visited a store I was not greeted with the usual smiles and welcome that I had become accustom to. I used to wake up with a spring in my step when I knew I would be visiting. Now, I can order shirts sitting in my pants with a coffee in the spare room. Which, when you think about it is great service. You are not judged. ;-)
First time customer. So much care and attention had been put into packaging the shirts, that I felt I had purchased a product from a high-end Italian brand. What's more, I was kept up-to-date with the order process from the moment I made payment, through to the courier delivery dates & times. First class service. I can see myself remaining a long-time customer with this company.
I have to question the level of quality control of Charles Trywhitt on line services. The first suit was returned as the quality of cut was very poor relative to normal standards. I then opted to order a more expensive (luxury) Serge Suit in blue. What was sent was a grey jacket and blue trousers. The jacket label said Blue but is was clearly grey! No apparent level of quality or care at the point of dispatch!
The suit was returned the next day.
I visited the Canary Wharf branch with a colleague who was looking to buy a few shirts. The assistant (Kerry) was exceptional. Helpful, engaging, funny, attentive, everything i come to expect from Charles Tyrwhitt. We bought 6 shirts between us because of the service received. I won't get my work shirts from anywhere else...
Superb quality shirts, great value deal, super quick delivery, personal professional service...... What more do you want?... Well I did get more, they sent me £15 off voucher as hadn't purchased in a while, clever marketing as because i got the voucher, I jumped straight online and ordered shirts I didn't REALLY need, a new tie and belt at the same time, overall spending way more than I intended!!
This service has ALWAYS been excellent, very helpful response to any enquiries and orders by telephone. Good fast delivery , can't think of ANY complaints of any kind, (except postage being quite expensive in comparison to other companies)
The quality of shirts and jumpers i have bought are 1st class and they are now my 1st stop for shirts and cashmere jumpers. Also had a problem with a mis delivery and can only say the customer service is a good as the shirts. Thank you
I am absolutely satisfied with the service from Charles Tyrwhitt, but I am a bit disappointed by the courier Hermes, as it is the third time they say they "attempted delivery" without even ringing at the door or calling.

I have used Tyrwhitt for many years for both ladies and men's wear and have always been delighted with the products and the service.
My first purchase was very easy to place via the website which is very clear and well structured. The shirts that I ordered were of excellent quality and surpassed my expectations given the very reasonable price.
Unfortunately what let down the overall customer experience was the delivery driver used by your chosen courier. The speed he drove down the private drive we live on and the way he slammed his breaks on spitting gravel all over - it is a good job mine or my neighbours children or pets were around!!!!!!!
The shirt is great quality. Much better that Thomas Pink. However, the delivery was expensive and Hermes took three attempts to find me. The parcel was in a torn plastic bag which was a little shocking.
Very good service. If not at home when being delivered I requested package to be left with neighbour. Away for the weekend and returned to find package on doorstep. Luckily everything was in order.

I rarely have to return anything, but when required their low cost trackable
returns service is easy and cheap.
The company is great but the delivery company Hermes is dishonest. The email received from them stated I had signed for the goods - I never had. They never rang the doorbell although I was in.

I am, so far, very pleased I came across them. There appears to be a quality to their stock, accompanied with a slick proffesional service, at a very reasonable price.
Great service. Waiting time on delivery is longer than other online sellers but only by a day or two. They do keep you informed about your order every step of the way though. No real problem.
I usually have great service when I ring but went on line used a voucher as I have previously purchsed from your company and have been very pleased with the product would recommend to others
Perfectly happy with what they did, but "excellent" means sorting things out when they go wrong, and nothing has gone wrong so far, but I'd be happy to give them 9 1/2 out of ten.
I like the product and service. The online voucher code not being applied and not receiving order confirmation emails... I have had trouble with this a number of times which is frustrating.
Parcel was initially not delivered by courier. However, I was impressed by how quickly and professionally the problem was dealt with and parcel was delivered the following day.
